OLD BUSINESS:

*****7:15 p.m. public hearing on proposal to levy 13.04 mills for the purpose of permissive medical levy for employer share of group health insurance.*****

*****7:30 p.m. public hearing on FY 2019 operation budget and tax mill levy.*****

-Request to write off delinquent recreation department accounts and send to collections.

-Resolution # 688, ratifying the assessments of maintenance cost for the Special Improvement District No. 32 lighting district for fiscal FY 20189.

-Resolution # 689 to adopt the final operation budget and setting the mill levy for FY 2019.

-Recommendation to hire a police department patrol officer.

-Draft of easement agreement with MDU for electric line easement. 2

-Draft of water sale agreement with TransCanada for the work camp.

-Draft of interlocal agreement(s) with Fallon County on city park maintenance and recreation department program operations.

-Baker Lakeshore regulations.

-Appoint committee to review Request for Proposals for audit services.

 

NEW BUSINESS:         

-Quote for tank damage repair.

-Resolution # 687, a Resolution adopting a new fee schedule for miscellaneous services.

-Discuss budget option for parks and recreation department.

-Request to advertising for after school and fitness program employees.

-Request from Jackie Pepin for cost share for repair to water standpipe.

-Approve preliminary budget for 2019 and schedule final hearing for September 5, 2018.
