OLD BUSINESS:

-2nd reading of Ordinance # 377. An Ordinance establishing rule and policy for use of Public Parks.

-2nd reading of Ordinance # 378. An Ordinance amending section 6.04.030 of the Baker Municipal Code, to prescribe a new garbage collection schedule for businesses and commercial places.   

 

NEW BUSINESS:         

-Draft of Ordinance to amend zoning commercial sign regulations.

 -Draft of Ordinance to amend zoning regulations in regards to verbiage changes. 

 -Shannon Hewson- FEMA funded street report.

 -Oneok request to purchase water for hydro test and dust control (lagoon water) late 2018 or 2019.

 -Yearly enzyme treatment for lagoons.

 -Resolution # 683 a resolution of the City of Baker, Montana approving grant application for community needs assessment.

 -Interlocal agreement with Fallon County on use of vehicles and equipment.

 -MMIA employee benefits program group election for FY18-19.

 -Comments on transfer of retail off-premise consumption beer and wine license applicant ARMH Group, LLC.

 -Approve notice for comprehensive insurance quote for FY18-19.
