NEW BUSINESS:         

 

-Recommendation on employment for two public works operator positions.

-Discussion on replacement of safety coordinator position process and pay amount.

-Quote for shop generator repairs.

-Request to purchase additional cold mix for remaining street patching.

-Request to terminate agreement with Liberty National Life Insurance Company as no employees are enrolled and have MMIA and AFLAC options.

-Request to transfer funds from Enterprise to Oil and Gas Severance effective June 30, 2018.
